Shalimar from Mutant X (which was a terrible show that I liked quite a bit and was mostly terrible because the writing was bad and they turned it from an ensemble cast to the "Brennan and Shalimar Show with those other guys" in season two) is in what appears, from the one episode I have just watched, to be a really bad and derivative crime drama. She's not really named Shalimar Fox (and that name itself gives you an idea of the writing quality.) She's... er... Victoria something. I think. Shalimar is easier to remember. Lots of blonde hair.
How many crime dramas can television possibly support? I suppose they at least take up time that would otherwise be taken up by really bad reality shows.
I can't wait for Heroes to start up again. I was enjoying the plot. I would be looking forward to Lost, too, if they'd given us enough plot before the mid-season break for me to remember there being one.
Battlestar should be starting up again soon. I want to know What Happens Next.
Midseason breaks are clearly evil. Clearly.
