framlingemMy mother is gradually becoming aware of the blogosphere. She knows my sister and I keep LJs, though she doesn't read them because she says 'that would be an invasion of privacy'... though I've explained to her that the stuff I put on here is available for complete strangers to read, and that I can make it so that anything I want to keep secret is kept secret.
There is, however, one blog she IS reading. Anyone who has met my mother will not be surprised to learn it is Habs Inside/Out. She even sent me the link. I'm not sure she's aware it's a blog, but it's still cool, especially since my mother still views The Internet as a fairly sketchy non-place.
