i met shanahan cuz my dad grew up with the GM of the red wings... and i got to see the Cup when they won it... i LOVE hockey

Hee... one of the best days of my life (despite it being cold and wet and so uncomfortable I couldn't swing my leg over the back of the bike to get off) was going on 'La Fleur des Randonnees'. It's a motorbike rally organised by Guy Lafleur to raise money for kid's charities, and Dad and I spent five hours on the back of a Harley, along with a couple of thousand other people. I met Guy Lafleur, Guy Carbonneau, Joe Juneau, and got my picture taken with Jose Theodore and got to tell him how well he played.

*happy sigh*
