While I think you sending me extra coupons and 'personalised' book recommendations rocks, I think you may have me mixed up with someone else. I have had an iRewards card since I was thirteen, and before that I had a Coles Card, back before the merger with Indigo and Chapters.
In all that time, I have not ONCE purchased a mystery/crime/forensic/thriller novel. They are, in fact, one of the genre(s) I am LEAST likely to purchase, topped only by books about how I can improve my life by giving money to evangelists and Accepting Jesus Christ As My Personal Saviour. Why, then, are all of my 'personalised based on purchase history' recommendations thrillers about criminal investigations which use forensics?
Yours in bafflement,
Em
