framlingemI have come to the conclusion that in order to have a complete central nervous system, the United States and Canada need to combine their elected leaders into one sort of Conjoined Prime Pres sort of thing.
See, President Bush seems to have an utter lack of brain, and Prime Minister Martin has all the spine of a mollusc. Possibly a zebra mussel.
Is anyone out there a Mad Scientist who can attempt this?
