I was looking for mp3s of Gregorian Chants, and came across Stairway to Heaven, as done in the style of Gregorian Monks.

It's probably a different group, but "The Benzedrine Monks" did a hilarious parody album of that sort of thing. Smells Like Teen Spirit, Losing My Religion, and of course the theme from the The Monkees. I've got the video too.
