Dec. 7th, 2004 03:06 pmStudy update:
textbooks read (out of two) - one and a half. Good.
Pounds baby carrots nibbled on: four. (better than chips!)
Dip containers consumed with baby carrots: one and a half.
Okay, so I solved all the circle-and-marble codes and set off to my first other Age, Edanna. Wow. It's beautiful. I'd love to live in a tree, and what a tree! I blew up a couple of plants, stranded an electric manta ray, interfered with the ecosystem by rescuing a bird from a carnivorous plant, got lost a lot (what a maze!), swung from vines, felt guilty about putting a little animal into a trap, felt equally bad about frightening it, noticed something that Didn't Belong, rode two helter-skelter plants, made a giant onion sneeze, and found out that I am apparently very light and aerodynamic. Good times.
Now I'm on Voltaic, which, by comparison, is very ugly. And big. Did I mention ugly? Beautifully done, of course. So far, I've opened a dam, but the turbine I can see hasn't reacted at all. I'm guessing by the name and the turbine that I'm going to have to remember the segment on circuits I did in Sec IV science class.
Good times.
