framlingemI am well aware that the people on my flist have a slight tendency towards being marginally more fond of books than the average person. (I may be understating there).
I am also aware that Books Cost Money, and that it is an expensive habit (oh, how I'm aware of that).
Therefore, I thought I'd let you know that http://www.ereader.com is giving away freefixes ebooks every day of December. You have to sign up and give them a credit card number for tracking purposes, but it is free.
Today's novel is a Star Trek book, which ordinarily I wouldn't give a chance, but it's written by Peter David, who is the genius who had King Arthur run for mayor of New York City and subsequently President, so it's probably pretty good.
