Silly Rogers line

framlingemI'm trying very hard to pay my bill. To do this, I need to speak to a customer service rep, since it's a bit late to mail it in, the Rogers store is closed (understandable, it is nearly midnight after all), and the automated system won't pick my account out of the fifty or so others with the same phone number and postal code (the joys of being an extension with a PO box...).
It says the call centre is closed.
Which is very frustrating, as I've personally worked at a Rogers call centre until half past midnight, and by my reckoning even the ones which close the earliest are still open.
On the other hand, they're taking calls from Ontario, and it _is_ rather later in Newfoundland... which is even more frustrating, as that means that the people at the Rogers places in Ontario probably get to go home earlier than I did. Rar.
I shall phone again tomorrow. No harm done. :) That or nip down to the retail place before they close - they're opposite Sobey's anyway, and I need groceries.
