I have taken my car to this place once. They were pleasant, quick, relatively cheap, and didn't talk to me as though I were an automotive idiot.
Today, I dropped the car off to have snow tires put on, unannounced as they had advised me that was a walk-in service. Jerry (the front-desk guy) looked at me and said "Oh! Heya! You're the red Cavalier with the pirate bumper sticker, right? How're the brakes?"
They don't need to remember my name. They remember my car. That means they care about my car. And THAT makes me happy.
