Not tremendously perilous, as far as situations go, but darn irritating.
Serenity #3 comes out on September the seventh. By this point in time, I will be in Corner Brook, and not able to purchase it on my own. My usual comic supplier only carries a few titles, and they tend to be the long-running series like X-men - the big things, basically. They're a bookstore, not a comic store.
So naturally I head over to the Dark Horse, to see about shipping. The comic itself will cost me about three-fifty, Canadian, which is fair enough. That's what I paid for the other two.
Shipping, on the other hand, includes a handling fee, making it about ten dollars or so. There is no way a comic book costs that much to ship; five dollars, maybe.
Are there any Canadians who'd be willing to pick it up and mail it to me? You'd be fully reimbursed an' stuff.
