Oh god, I can't believe I just did that. In response to Neil Gaiman's most recent blog entry (http://www.neilgaiman.com/journal/2005/06/optimism-faith-english-breakfast.asp), I sent him "English Tea".

Now I'm getting that tight shy feeling, _after_ the fact, when it's too late to do anything about it. Argh. As if he doesn't probably get enough writing-of-fans inflicted on him already.

(I also thanked him for the books, because I do love them.)

I just realised I have spent the entire morning with the buttons on my blouse misaligned by three places. No wonder my collar wouldn't sit right.

There's a massive discussion on the proper way to treat tea going on in the LJ bit of Gaiman's blog. It's great. I made myself a big pot of tea (I seem to have developed a taste for black teas, now, as well as green ones) and have been contentedly sipping away. Feel the caffeine.

I should probably eat lunch proper, but when else am I going to get the chance to eat chocolate stabwound cake for lunch? I had it for breakfast, too.
