Also, am working more than twice my usual hours this week, so I spent two hours' wages on this blouse. Isn't it pretty?

Apparently ramming a kid's head into a metal pole and breaking his neck while doing something illegal nets you a twenty-minute timeout, then nothing.

I am really appalled by the NHL disciplinary committee today.

(And for Pete's sake, I'm forgiving. I watched that footage over and over this morning trying to find anything that indicates that Chara didn't know exactly where he was on the ice, and couldn't find a thing.)
