Oct. 4th, 2008 01:10 pmMy mother discovers uses for the internet in fits and starts, usually through hockey. The last great discovery, for instance, was the Wide World of Blogging, when she discovered hockey blogs. This week, she has discovered YouTube, which contains many, many hockey highlight reels!
This one, for instance. Which she emailed to me, with the subject line "Save of the Year!!!!!". Having been paying attention to highlight reels, I knew which one she was talking about before I clicked the link. Here it is for your enjoyment:
That's seriously uncanny. (Looking at the angle on the top-view replay, I'm not convinced it was actually headed for the net, short of a weird bounce. But still!)
