Dear lady;

When I have spent the last two weeks setting up a five-way conference call in an effort to resolve your dissatisfaction with your vehicle and find SOMETHING we can do to make you happy, and have given you a very specific half-hour time window rather than the two-hour one I was supposed to, AND missed my break because my schedule got changed and put my break smack dab in the middle of that half-hour window, AND you told me "yep, okay, 4:30 - 5:00 Tuesday, got it" -

When I have been pulling my hair out and have already covered your oil changes and tire rotations for the next two years, over a fifty dollar towing charge -

It is NOT appropriate to not pick up the phone when I, with three other people on the line, two of whom generally do NOT talk to customers, try to contact you.
