Can't sleep, grass will eat me...
Aug. 6th, 2006 08:10 pmI have remembered why it is I don't generally go see thrillers/suspense/films of the scary type.
I maintain that I am not nervous, that I just have good reflexes, but to be honest, I am that one person in the cinema who jumps at shadows. Today, I actually shrieked. (Once. And it was a very short shriek. But... yeah.)
I apologise to my fellow filmgoers.
On the plus side, lunch at my favourite Chinese restaurant EVER (I had the orange beef this time. I was going to go for the Hunan beef, but I wanted something I'd not had yet.), motorcycle Hall of Fame (which wasn't much into road bikes, sadly. The motocross exhibit was pretty awesome, and Quiva put up with me geeking out over Norton tailpipes.), and I have a new hard drive. *drool*
Which didn't actually come with mounting brackets like you'd think it would. Such is life. I don't imagine they'll cost much, though.
Yay, my flight to Montreal leaves Columbus at 5:30. Then it goes to Cleveland, via Philadelphia of all places, and then to Burlington, where Mum will pick me up.
I'm kind of hoping there's a plane malfunction (of a non-dangerous variety) which prevents it taking off in Philadelphia. I've never been to Philadelphia.
